Job summary

Databricks is hiring a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA) to lead post-sale technical strategy and execution for our strategic customer use cases. You will partner with sales, field engineering, and professional services to drive production adoption, enablement, and healthy consumption of Databricks workloads.

You will serve as the primary technical lead across multiple teams, communicating with executives and stakeholders, and orchestrating resources to accelerate value realization with a focus

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering technical projects or programs in Data and AI.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role.
• Understanding of distributed data systems and how to measure business value of deliverables.
• Technical program or project management with stakeholder and resource accountability.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-technical win account strategy and execution for strategic use cases.
• Be the accountable technical leader across multiple teams and stakeholders for defined use cases.
• Coordinate with Professional Services for delivery of engagements.
• Develop execution plans covering enablement, go-live, and productive adoption of workloads.
• Provide KPI updates on usage, customer health, risks, and adoption to leadership.
