Job summary

Databricks Inc. seeks a Director of Delivery Solution Architects (DSA), Public Sector, to lead a high-impact post-sales technical organization serving government customers and education, across federal civilian, defense, and state/local sectors.

This role drives architecture strategy, platform adoption, and measurable customer outcomes in a complex, high-growth environment. You will recruit, coach, and scale DSAs and managers, align cross-functional teams to strategic plans, and ensure secure,

Qualifications

7+ years of customer-facing experience in technical delivery, architecture, consulting, or post-sales leadership roles.
5+ years of people-leadership experience, building and scaling multi-level technical organizations.
Experience building and leading post-sales, delivery, customer success, or professional-services teams.

Responsibilities

Lead DSAs and managers to deliver architectural guidance and customer outcomes.
Define and operationalize post-sales execution strategy for Databricks Public Sector.
Partner with Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services to align plans and investments.
Establish scalable account coverage, capacity planning, and resource allocation for strategic Public Sector accounts.
Standardize guiding customers from discovery to production go-live, adoption, and expansion.
