Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect to lead post-sale technical strategy for strategic accounts, aligning with executives and cross-functional teams to accelerate production use cases and value realization.

You will partner with sales, field engineering, and professional services to orchestrate plans across data workloads, onboarding, and ongoing governance while maintaining strong technical credibility and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required for access to classified information
• 7+ years delivering technical projects/programs in Data & AI domains
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting
• Understanding of distributed data systems and business outcome attribution
• Strong stakeholder & resource management with senior execs
• Willingness to travel up to 30%

Responsibilities

• Lead post-technical win strategy and execution for Databricks use cases in strategic accounts
• Be the accountable technical leader across multiple use cases and teams
• Own onboarding, enablement, success, go-live, and healthy consumption of workloads
• Serve as first point of contact for production/go-live issues
• Coordinate with Shared Services, Onboarding/Support, and PS for delivery
• Develop execution plans spanning all customer-facing technical roles and streams
• Provide KPI updates on usage, health, and risks to Technical GM
