Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect to lead post-sale technical efforts across strategic customer use cases, coordinating with sales, field engineering, and professional services. You will drive adoption, ensure customer success, and build executive relationships to accelerate value realization from Databricks workloads.

The role blends technical leadership with commercial accountability, reporting to a DSA Manager.

Qualifications

• 5+ years accountable for technical project delivery in Data & AI.
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting role.
• Understanding of distributed data systems and attributing business value to deliverables.
• Technical program or project management with stakeholder accountability.
• Experience resolving escalations with senior customer executives.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% when needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Solutions Architects to understand demand plans for prioritized customers.
• Lead post-technical win account strategy and execution for strategic use cases.
• Be the accountable technical leader for use cases across multiple teams and customers.
• Be the first contact for technical issues related to production/go-live status.
• Coordinate with Shared Services, User Education, Onboarding/PS to build required tasks.
• Create and execute a point-of-view to accelerate production of key use cases with PS involvement.
• Navigate Product & Engineering for new product innovations and upgrades.
• Develop end-to-end execution plans covering all customer-facing technical roles and streams.
