Databricks, the Data and AI company, seeks a results-driven delivery lead in the United States to collaborate with Solutions Architects and drive post-win strategies across Databricks products.

You will oversee adoption, onboarding, and go-live for complex Data and AI workloads while managing executive relationships and escalations. The role requires strong Python/SQL/Scala skills and client-facing experience.

Competenze

• 7+ years of technical project or program delivery in Data and AI with Python/SQL/Scala.
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting roles with distributed data systems.
• Proven ability to manage executive relationships and resolve escalations.

Mansioni

• Engage with Solutions Architects to understand the full use case demand plan for prioritized customers.
• Lead the post-technical win account strategy and execution across Databricks products and internal teams.
• Drive adoption, onboarding, and successful go-live for complex Data and AI workloads.
