Scale AI is seeking a Cyber Technical Program Manager for the Public Sector team. You will own critical processes enabling customers to research model capabilities, drive breakthroughs, and realize AI value.

The role blends delivery and technical program management, coordinating end-to-end execution and aligning internal resources. You will lead a cross-functional team, manage datasets that evaluate model performance in cyber domains, and oversee deployment within customer environments.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with polygraph.
• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience, with government collaboration.
• Onsite in Columbia, MD area 4 days/week, travel up to 25%.
• Technical degree in CS/Engineering/Math or related field.
• Strong cross-functional influence and communication.
• Proven ability to manage multiple work streams and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional project team to meet AI/ML objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end creation and delivery of cyber evaluation datasets.
• Oversee deployment of Scale software within customer environments.
• Identify customer needs and advocate fixes with Scale engineers.
• Manage customer relationships from executive to end user.
• Oversee onboarding and successful implementation of accounts.
• Collaborate with customer to resolve operational issues.
• Work with customer engineering teams to address product questions.
