Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. is seeking a Cyber Technical Program Manager for the Public Sector team to own critical processes enabling customers to research model capabilities and achieve breakthroughs in performance.

You will manage end-to-end execution, align internal resources, and triage issues to ensure customer success in cyber national security objectives. You will lead a cross-functional team, oversee data set creation for cyber evaluations, and manage deployment of Scale software at customer

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with polygraph is required.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity, within or with government institutions.
• Willingness to be onsite in Columbia, MD area 4 days/week and travel 25%.
• Technical degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field.
• High cross-functional influence and EQ.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with external stakeholders.
• History of diligence and organization across multiple work streams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional project team to deliver on and exceed the customer's AI/ML objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end creation and delivery of high-quality datasets that evaluate model performance in cyber domains.
• Oversee and track the deployment of Scale software within customer environments and systems.
• Lead with a 'whatever-it-takes' mentality to identify customer needs and address pain points.
• Manage customer relationships from executive to end user.
• Oversee onboarding and successful implementation of customer accounts.
• Partner with customers to understand operational issues and advocate fixes with Scale engineers.
• Work directly with customer's engineering teams and end users to address questions about products and solutions.
