Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. is seeking a Cyber Technical Program Manager for the Public Sector team to own critical processes enabling customers to research model capabilities and advance AI/ML initiatives.

You will manage end-to-end execution, align internal resources, and triage issues, supporting test and evaluation data for cyber national security objectives. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver AI/ML objectives, oversee dataset creation for cyber domains, and manage customer relationships

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with polygraph (required).
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, within or with government institutions.
• Deep domain knowledge of cyber topics including network activity, ethical hacking, cyber incidents.
• Willingness to be onsite with the customer in Columbia, MD area 4 days per week and travel ~25%.
• Technical degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field.
• High cross-functional influence and EQ.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with external stakeholders.
• A history of diligence and organization across multiple work streams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project team to deliver AI/ML objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end creation and delivery of datasets evaluating model performance in cyber domains.
• Oversee deployment of Scale software within customer environments.
• Adopt a pro-active, whatever-it-takes approach to meet customer needs.
• Manage customer relationships from executive to end user.
• Oversee onboarding and successful implementation of accounts.
• Partner with customers to resolve operational issues with Scale engineers.
• Collaborate with customer's engineering teams to address questions about products and solutions.
