Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Cyber Technical Program Manager for the Public Sector team. You will own the account and project plan, manage end-to-end execution, align internal resources, and triage issues to support research and evaluation of AI/ML capabilities in cyber domains.

You will lead a cross-functional team, oversee dataset creation for model evaluation, and manage deployments within customer environments, traveling as needed and onsite four days per week in the

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with polygraph.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity with government collaborations.
• Deep cyber domain knowledge: network activity, ethical hacking, cyber incidents.
• Willingness to be onsite in the Columbia, MD area 4 days/week; travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional project team to deliver on and exceed the customer's AI/ML objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end creation and delivery of high-quality datasets evaluating model performance in cyber domains (malicious network traffic, cryptographic systems, adversarial LLM prompts, threat intelligence, cyber ethics).
• Oversee and track deployment of Scale software within customer environments and systems.
• Lead with a 'whatever-it-takes' mindset, proactively identifying customer needs and operator pain points to ensure customer success.
• Manage customer relationships from executive to end user.
• Oversee onboarding and successful implementation of customer accounts.
• Partner with customers to understand operational issues and advocate for fixes with Scale engineers.
• Work directly with customer's engineering teams and end users, addressing questions and issues with our products and solutions.
