Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own the public sector program for delivering Claude models. You will coordinate across research, infrastructure, security, compliance, and product engineering to ensure compliant, scalable deployments in government environments.

You will drive FedRAMP and similar authorizations, partner with privacy and security teams, and align model launches with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in technical program management delivering complex cross-functional programs.
• Experience shipping software or infrastructure into regulated or restricted environments (government clouds, FedRAMP or similar).
• Experience coordinating across multiple engineering teams and organizations (research, security, compliance, platform engineering).
• Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams across distributed teams and bring order to ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own the program for delivering Claude models into public sector environments: sequencing, dependencies, and tradeoffs across research, inference and capacity, cloud partners, safeguards, and compliance teams.
• Drive FedRAMP and similar authorization programs for Anthropic’s public sector offerings with privacy, security, compliance, and platform engineering teams.
• Plan and sequence work across public sector segments from model/API availability to parity and segment-specific product work.
• Represent public sector requirements in model launch planning alongside launch TPMs.
• Establish the operating rhythm with a single view of workstreams, owners, dependencies, risks, and status, including planning and escalation paths.
