Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a PubSec Client Director to expand business within existing accounts and win new clients, meeting sales and profit targets. You will build strategic relationships with IT and business executives and manage a robust sales pipeline to position SHI’s IT solutions portfolio.

You will collaborate with internal teams and partners to drive growth, forecast the business, and produce detailed account plans while exceeding targets and strengthening long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required

Responsibilities

• Develop business in existing customers and win new clients to achieve sales targets.
• Exceed profit and revenue targets.
• Maintain an accurate CRM to forecast and manage the business.
• Produce detailed account plans for customers in your portfolio.
• Work with the Alliances team and existing contacts to develop strong relationships with key partners and vendors.
• Drive attendance to customer technology days, events, and networking activities.
• Develop and maintain Strategic and Trusted Advisor relationships with IT and Business Executives.
• Identify, create, develop, and manage opportunities in the sales pipeline and sales management platform.
• Position and communicate SHI’s portfolio to align with customer initiatives.
• Collaborate with pre and post-sales internal support teams.
