Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a PubSec Client Director to expand business within existing accounts and win new clients. You will manage a robust sales pipeline, build strategic relationships with IT and business executives, and position SHI’s IT solutions to meet customer objectives.

This hybrid role requires in-office days at SHI’s Somerset, NJ headquarters, with travel as needed. 115k–250k total annual pay including commissions, reflecting market location and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required
• 4+ years of direct IT sales experience, preferably to K-12 customers
• Ability to travel 10% to SHI events and spend 25% of time outside the office

Responsibilities

• Develop business in existing customers and win new clients to achieve sales targets
• Maintain an accurate CRM to forecast and manage the business
• Build account plans and manage opportunities in the sales pipeline
• Position SHI’s portfolio across domains to map to customer objectives
