Job summary

Crowe seeks an Organizational Change Management Consultant to help government and public sector clients modernize their HCM and payroll systems. The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and use of AI-enabled insights to improve client outcomes.

The candidate will guide organizational change, readiness activities, and communications while building durable relationships with stakeholders. The position requires experience with PROSCI-based methodologies, managing complex change initiatives,

Qualifications

Two+ years applying a recognized OCM methodology such as PROSCI.
At least one year of experience providing organizational readiness analysis for a project valued at $10M+.
At least one year guiding stakeholders through change and assessing readiness.
Prosci certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Assess readiness and change impacts; identify gaps, risks, and actions.
Build relationships with leaders and stakeholders; support awareness and readiness.
Plan and coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications, resistance management, coaching, and training.
Support readiness networks and change champions within client organizations.
Maintain stakeholder records and readiness reporting in project tools.
Prepare status updates, presentations, and knowledge transfer materials.
Collaborate with project leaders and delivery teams across project phases.
