Job summary

Crowe is seeking an Organizational Change Management Consultant to help government clients modernize HR systems and payroll through proven change strategies.

You will lead organizational readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, and training activities, guiding teams across projects while applying PROSCI or equivalent methodologies. This role offers hybrid flexibility in the United States and opportunities to impact large-scale programs.

Qualifications

• At least two years applying a recognized OCM methodology such as PROSCI.
• At least one year of organizational readiness analysis for a project valued at $10M+.
• At least one year guiding stakeholders through change and assessing readiness.
• Prosci certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational readiness and change impacts; identify gaps, risks and actions.
• Build relationships with leaders, explain changes, and support readiness.
• Plan and coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications, resistance management, coaching, and training.
• Support readiness networks and change champions within client organizations.
• Maintain stakeholder records, engagement trackers, and readiness reporting.
• Prepare status updates, presentations, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Collaborate with project leaders and delivery teams across phases.
