Job summary

Crowe is seeking an Organizational Change Management Consultant to join our government and public sector effort. This role focuses on leading change initiatives, assessing readiness, and guiding stakeholders through transitions that affect people, processes, and operations.

You will collaborate with project teams to coordinate communications, training, and engagement, leveraging PROSCI and other methodologies to deliver measurable outcomes for client organizations.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience applying PROSCI OCM methodology.
• One year of readiness analysis for a multi-million dollar project.
• One year guiding stakeholders through change.
• Prosci certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational readiness and change impacts; identify gaps, risks, and actions.
• Build relationships with leaders and stakeholders; support awareness and readiness.
• Plan and coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications, resistance management, coaching, and training.
• Support readiness networks and change champions within client organizations.
• Maintain stakeholder records, engagement trackers, and readiness reporting.
• Prepare status updates, presentations, knowledge transfer materials, and lessons learned.
• Collaborate with project leaders and delivery teams across project phases.
