Crowe is seeking an Organizational Change Management Consultant in a hybrid capacity to help government and public sector clients modernize their processes. The role focuses on leading change programs, building readiness, and engaging stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new HR/payroll systems and related transformations.

You will work across governance, strategy, and delivery teams to apply PROSCI-based methodologies, develop communications, and support training and readiness

Qualifications

• At least two years applying a recognized OCM methodology such as PROSCI.
• At least one year of readiness analysis for a project valued at $10 million or more.
• At least one year guiding stakeholders through change by explaining impacts and assessing readiness.
• Prosci certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess organizational readiness and change impacts; identify gaps, risks, and actions to address them.
• Build relationships with leaders and stakeholders, explain changes, and support awareness, commitment, and readiness.
• Plan and coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications, resistance management, coaching, and training activities.
• Support readiness networks and change champions within client organizations.
• Maintain stakeholder records, engagement trackers, and readiness reporting in project tools.
• Prepare status updates, presentations, knowledge transfer materials, and lessons learned.
• Work with project leaders, subject matter experts, and other delivery teams across project phases.
