Job summary

Crowe is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management Consultant to join our public sector practice, focusing on leading change initiatives and guiding clients through organizational readiness and training related to human capital management and payroll systems.

You will collaborate with project teams, build relationships with stakeholders, and help leaders drive adoption using PROSCI-based methodologies and innovative technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years using a recognized OCM methodology such as PROSCI.
• At least one year providing organizational readiness analysis for complex projects valued at $10M+.
• At least one year guiding stakeholders through change and assessing operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational readiness and change impacts; identify gaps and actions.
• Build relationships with leaders and stakeholders; support awareness and readiness.
• Plan and coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications, resistance management, coaching, and training.
• Support readiness networks and change champions within client organizations.
• Maintain stakeholder records and readiness reporting in project tools.
• Prepare status updates, presentations, and lessons learned.
