Crowe is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management Consultant to help government and public sector clients modernize human capital management and payroll systems. You will guide teams through change, assess readiness, and coordinate communications, training, and governance to deliver measurable outcomes.

In this role, you lead discussions with executives, manage change-readiness activities, and collaborate across delivery teams to ensure adoption and sustained impact.

Qualifications

• At least two years applying a recognized OCM methodology, such as PROSCI.
• At least one year of experience guiding stakeholders through change and readiness.
• Prosci certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess organizational readiness and change impacts; identify gaps, risks, and actions to address them.
• Build relationships with leaders and stakeholders, explain changes, and support commitment and readiness.
• Plan and coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications, resistance management, coaching, and training activities.
• Support readiness networks and change champions within client organizations.
• Maintain stakeholder records, engagement trackers, and readiness reporting in project tools.
• Prepare status updates, presentations, knowledge transfer materials, and lessons learned.
• Work with project leaders, subject matter experts, and other delivery teams across project phases.
