Job summary

Trellix is seeking a Capture Manager for the DoW/IC/SI domain to develop and expand new business for large, complex opportunities. You will coordinate with the sales team, customers, and partners to generate mutually beneficial ideas and drive revenue growth.

You will lead pursuit activities, build senior-level relationships, and craft winning strategies with cross-functional teams across product management, engineering, legal, and services.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Capture experience selling solutions, products, and services.
• Experience selling into major accounts within DoW/IC/SI.
• Excellent writing skills and great experience of responding to large government RFI's/RFP's/BAA's and white papers.
• Excellent record of accomplishments for managing and closing large complex deals with software and hardware solutions and/or services.
• Business development expertise working with sales teams.
• Need to be a U.S. citizen.
• Strong presentation skills to sell complex security solutions to all levels inside Trellix and with customers.

Responsibilities

• Work as an essential member of the sales team to help generate pipeline to meet revenue goals.
• Meet and exceed assigned pipeline and bookings goals.
• Build relationships within customers and partners across all levels, especially C-Level.
• Lead strategic long-term capture pursuits and forecast with good insight and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Sales Engineering, Sales operations, Legal, Professional Services and other areas to close large complex opportunities.
• Incubate and pioneer sales GTM approaches and techniques.
• Understand the broad security environment and Trellix's security strategy.
• Create content for RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and white papers to support pipeline generation and GTM success.
• Create high impact presentations, representing Trellix's business and value proposition as a trusted advisor.
