You will partner with outbound sales teams, drive pipeline through strategic prospecting, and launch a high-impact sales career at a leading AI CRM. Qualifications

Experience with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and account research across a mix of new and existing accounts.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage decision makers at multiple levels.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple priorities.
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding goals and metrics.

Responsibilities

Generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting and cold calling across existing Salesforce customers and net new logos in an assigned territory.
Partner with account teams to identify and source pipeline by researching lines of business, personas, and key decision makers.
Manage and nurture inbound leads and early-stage opportunities driven by outbound efforts.
Participate in an intensive sales training program designed to build the foundational skills needed for a long-term career in sales.
