Job summary

Scale AI is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead and coordinate delivery of agentic workflows for a national security customer in Washington, DC. You will manage large accounts, shape use cases, and drive AI/ML objectives with cross-functional teams.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, strong communication, and readiness to travel. Compensation includes base salary, equity, and robust benefits in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance; Full Scope Polygraph preferred.
• 3+ years in stakeholder management or enterprise-scale delivery.
• Proven track record delivering government-facing projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to travel up to 25% (50% a plus).

Responsibilities

• Manage executive to end-user relationships.
• Scope agentic workflow use cases with Scale's engineering team.
• Lead or support cross-functional project teams delivering AI/ML objectives.
• Identify customer needs and pain points to ensure success.
• Oversee onboarding and implementation of accounts.
