Job summary

Scale in Washington DC seeks a seasoned technical delivery leader to manage key public sector relationships and translate mission problems into structured AI and agentic workflow use cases.

You will helm cross‑functional teams across engineering, product, and security, delivering on customer objectives while planning engaging onsite events and demonstrations. Strong communication with senior government leaders is essential.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 5+ years in technical program management, software eng, systems eng, product management, or related delivery role.
• Ability to build trust with senior executives and operational users.
• Experience translating complex workflows into technical/product requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior government leaders.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% for onsite engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own customer relationships across the account at all levels from government leaders to analysts.
• Build structured user-engagement programs for operators and analysts using Scale’s products daily.
• Translate operational workflows and mission problems into AI/agentic workflow use cases.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, product, operations, security, and government stakeholders.
• Plan and execute customer engagement weeks, user tests, demonstrations, and briefings onsite.
• Drive adoption of Scale capabilities in operational environments, feeding user feedback into product requirements and priorities.
