Job summary

Scale AI is hiring an engagement manager to lead and coordinate delivery of agentic workflows for a national security customer in Omaha. You will own or support a large account plan, manage day-to-day execution, and ensure exceptional customer experience while coordinating with engineering on use-case scoping and delivery.

The role blends program leadership, customer relationships, technical fluency, and contract awareness in a fast-moving environment, with a TS/SCI clearance and a requirement

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 5+ years in stakeholder management or enterprise-scale customer delivery.
• Structured, analytics-driven problem solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to be onsite with the customer in the Omaha area 4 days per week and travel at least 25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships from the executive to the end user.
• Scope agentic workflow use cases with Scale's engineering team and refine.
• Lead a cross-functional project team to deliver on AI/ML objectives.
• Proactively identify customer needs and operator pain points to ensure customer success.
• Oversee onboarding and successful implementation of customer accounts.
