Job summary

Scale AI is hiring an Engagement Manager (Intelligence Community Lead) to oversee contract execution for a flagship national security customer in the Washington, DC area. You will manage executive to end-user relationships, coordinate a cross-functional team, and ensure exceptional customer outcomes in genAI data workflows.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph, 10+ years in stakeholder management, and willingness to travel 25% with 3+ onsite days near Northern

Qualifications

• Experience managing stakeholder relationships and customer-facing programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Ability to solve problems using analytics and data-driven approaches.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships from executive to end user.
