Job summary

Scale AI is hiring an engagement manager to lead delivery of agentic workflows for a national security customer in Omaha, NE. You will own or support major account plans, manage day-to-day execution, and ensure outstanding customer experience. Expect onsite work four days a week with travel as needed.

The role blends program leadership, customer relationships, technical fluency, and contract awareness in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• 5+ years in stakeholder management or delivering enterprise-scale applications/solutions.
• Structured, analytics-driven problem solving and data driven decision making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to be onsite with the customer in Omaha, NE 4 days/week and travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships from executive to end user.
• Scope agentic workflow use cases with Scale's engineering team.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to meet AI/ML objectives.
• Identify customer needs and pain points to drive success.
• Oversee onboarding and successful implementation of accounts.
