Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. is seeking a highly capable professional to lead customer relationships and cross-functional delivery for our public sector portfolio.

You will own engagements with senior government leaders, translate mission problems into AI use cases, and drive adoption of Scale capabilities in secure environments. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, deep technical fluency, and the ability to collaborate with engineering, product, and defense stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 5+ years in technical program management, software engineering, systems engineering, product management, or related delivery roles.
• Ability to build trust with senior executives and operational users.
• Experience translating complex workflows into technical or product requirements.
• Strong technical fluency for AI, software systems, data, and agentic workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior government leaders.
• Comfort in secure facilities and air-gapped environments.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% for onsite engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own customer relationships across the account from government leaders to analysts.
• Build structured user-engagement programs for operators and analysts using Scale's products.
• Translate operational workflows into AI and agentic workflow use cases.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, product, operations, security, and government stakeholders.
• Plan and execute customer engagement weeks, user testing, demonstrations, and onsite activities.
• Drive adoption of Scale capabilities in operational environments and translate feedback into product requirements.
