Job summary

Scale AI is seeking an engagement manager to lead and coordinate delivery of agentic workflows for a national security customer. You will own or support a large account plan, manage day-to-day execution, and ensure an incredible customer experience.

This role blends program leadership, customer relationships, technical fluency, and contract awareness. You will work onsite in Omaha four days per week and travel up to 25% as needed, joining a diverse team that tackles mission-driven challenges

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• 5+ years delivering enterprise-scale applications or solutions in stakeholder management or customer-facing roles.
• Structured, analytics-driven problem solving experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to be onsite in Omaha, NE, 4 days per week and travel ~25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships from executive to end user.
• Scope agentic workflow use cases with Scale’s engineering team.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to meet AI/ML objectives.
• Proactively identify customer needs and pain points to ensure success.
• Oversee onboarding and successful implementation of accounts.
