Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead and coordinate delivery of agentic workflows for a national security customer in the Omaha area. You will own or support a large account plan, manage day-to-day execution, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• 5+ years of stakeholder management or customer-facing delivery experience for enterprise-scale applications/solutions.
• Structured, analytics-driven problem solving track record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to be onsite with the customer in Omaha, NE 4 days/week and travel at least 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships from executive to end user.
• Scope agentic workflow use cases with Scale’s engineering team.
• Lead cross-functional project team to meet AI/ML objectives.
• Proactively identify customer needs and pain points to ensure success.
• Oversee onboarding and successful implementation of accounts.
