Job summary

Anthropic's Public Sector team is seeking a Customer Success Manager to be the post-sales trusted advisor helping national security customers realize the value of Claude and turn investment into mission impact.

You will work with Sales, Applied AI, Product, Engineering, and Policy to guide deployment, enablement, model migration, renewal, and expansion on cleared infrastructure, while upholding safety and discretion onsite with customers.

Qualifications

• Experience advising government or national security customers.
• Track record enabling adoption of AI platforms in complex environments.
• Ability to translate customer needs into successful implementation plans.

Responsibilities

• Serve as post-sales trusted advisor across deployment, enablement, migration, renewal, and expansion.
• Develop partnerships with AI leadership, security, and mission operators.
• Coordinate with cleared cloud providers and system integrators to drive success.
• Create executive content and enablement materials tailored to varied audiences.
• Drive consumption and measure value in mission-outcome terms.
