Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an Applied AI Solutions Architect to serve as the customer’s trusted technical advisor for national security missions. You will guide Claude integration across the customer’s tech stack, balancing safety and reliability with practical deployment.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering, delivering both deep technical content and executive briefings. Most work occurs on-site in secure environments with government partners.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in solutions architecture or sales engineering roles.
• Experience with national security mission programs or classified environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated technical advisor for national security mission programs from discovery to deployment.
• Support customers using Claude API, Claude Code, and Claude for Enterprise.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude's performance for mission-specific use cases.
• Guide technical architecture decisions and integration into the customer’s stack.
• Coordinate across Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive customer success.
• Create and deliver technical content from deep-dives to executive briefings.
• Work on-site with customer teams in secure government facilities.
