Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an Applied AI Pre-Sales Architect to guide federal government clients in adopting Claude. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, translating mission needs into scalable LLM solutions, and collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure successful deployments.

Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, developing evals and architectures, and supporting customers using Claude Code, API, and Enterprise solutions across the stack.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
• Experience navigating complex buying cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders including C-suite.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor to enterprise customers throughout Claude adoption, coordinating across teams to drive success.
• Support customers building with Claude Code, the Claude API, and Claude for Enterprise.
• Create and deliver technical content for engineering teams and executives.
• Guide technical architecture decisions and help integrate Claude into customers' stacks.
• Help customers develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude's performance.
