Anthropic is seeking a Customer Success Manager for the Public Sector to guide national security customers through adoption of Claude products on cleared infrastructure. You will align mission goals with technical implementation, working across Sales, Applied AI, Product, Engineering, and Policy to enable deployment, migration, renewal, and expansion.

This role emphasizes onsite engagement, strict security, and a strong customer-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in customer-facing roles (CSM, TAM, Solutions Architect, or similar).
• Experience with consumption-based and seat-based products and measuring adoption.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Security-conscious mindset for national security contexts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and Applied AI to translate mission requirements into success plans.
• Serve as primary post-sales advisor through deployment, enablement, renewal, and expansion.
• Support customers adopting Claude Code, Claude API, and Claude for Government on cleared infrastructure.
• Create enablement content and executive summaries for different audiences.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and measure adoption without direct telemetry.
