Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an Applied AI Solutions Architect to support a dedicated national security mission program. You will be the customer’s trusted technical advisor, guiding Claude deployments from discovery to on-site integration within secure environments.

The role combines deep cyber-domain expertise with customer-facing skills across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams. You will work primarily on-site with mission teams in secure facilities, coordinating with Anthropic’s Applied AI and

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Prior experience in government civilian or cleared contractor roles.
• Experience in technical customer-facing roles (solutions architecture, sales engineering, or similar).
• Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, from engineers to executives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated technical advisor for national security mission programs from discovery through deployment.
• Support the customer building with Claude Code, the Claude API, and Claude for Enterprise.
• Help develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude's performance for mission-specific use cases.
• Guide technical architecture decisions and integration into the customer's existing stack.
• Coordinate internally to drive customer success and deliver technical content from deep dives to executive briefings.
• Work primarily on-site with customer teams in secure government facilities.
