Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an Applied AI team member in a Pre-Sales architect role focused on federal civilian agencies. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding Claude adoption and integration across customer stacks, from discovery to deployment, while balancing safety and reliability standards.

You will partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate requirements into scalable cloud architectures, design evals, and deliver compelling technical content for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Experience working with federal, state, or local agencies is required.
• Proven ability to translate technical requirements to diverse stakeholders.
• Background in scalable cloud architectures and enterprise integrations.
• Proficiency or familiarity with Python and common LLM frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Advise enterprise customers through Claude adoption journey from discovery to deployment.
• Support customers building with Claude Code, Claude API, and Claude for Enterprise.
• Create technical content for engineering teams and executives.
• Guide architecture decisions and integration of Claude into existing stacks.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude's performance.
