Job summary

Anthropic Limited is seeking an Applied AI Architect for Public Sector to guide GovTech customers in deploying Claude responsibly at scale. You will blend deep technical expertise with strategic communication to design secure architectures and evaluation frameworks.

You will partner with sales, product, and engineering teams to map customer needs to technical solutions, and travel to client sites for hands‑on workshops and assessments.

Qualifications

• US Secret Clearance preferred for defense tech customers.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in technical customer‑facing roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or TAM).
• Experience navigating complex buying cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication to translate requirements between technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Serve as primary technical advisor through Claude adoption from discovery to deployment.
• Support customers building with Claude Code, Claude API, and Claude for Enterprise.
• Create and deliver technical content tailored to engineering, IT, and executive audiences.
• Guide architecture decisions and Claude integration into existing stacks.
• Help customers develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude performance.
• Identify common integration patterns and relay insights to Product/Engineering.
• Travel frequently to customer sites for workshops and deep dives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest LLM developments and implementation patterns.
