Anthropic is seeking an Applied AI team member to serve as a Pre-Sales architect helping large enterprises understand the value of Claude and how to deploy it in their stack. You will combine deep technical expertise with customer-facing skills to architect LLM solutions that meet safety and reliability standards.

You will guide customers from discovery to deployment, develop evals, and design scalable architectures that maximize Claude’s value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager (≤140 chars)
• Experience with enterprise customers and complex buying cycles (≤140 chars)
• Excellent ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders including C-suite (≤140 chars)
• Strong cloud architecture design and enterprise systems integration experience (≤140 chars)
• Proficiency with Python and familiarity with LLM frameworks/tools (≤140 chars)

Responsabilités

• Translate customer requirements into scalable Claude-based solutions and architecture (≤140 chars)
• Act as primary technical advisor through discovery, eval, and deployment (≤140 chars)
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to unblock customer journeys (≤140 chars)
• Develop evals and design architectures leveraging Claude API and Claude for Work (≤140 chars)
• Travel occasionally for workshops and technical deep dives (≤140 chars)
• Maintain knowledge of latest LLM capabilities and implementation patterns (≤140 chars)
