Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an Applied AI Pre-Sales Architect to help systems integrators, startups, and GovTech customers understand and deploy Claude within their tech stacks. You will combine deep technical expertise with customer-facing skills to design scalable LLM solutions that meet security and reliability standards.

Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to guide customers from discovery through deployment, develop evals, and advocate for best practices in Claude adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer
• Experience working with government or defense tech customers preferred
• Ability to translate customer requirements between technical and business stakeholders
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives to translate customer requirements into technical solutions
• Serve as primary technical advisor through Claude adoption journey across multiple teams
• Support customers building with Claude Code, Claude API, and Claude for Enterprise
• Create and deliver technical content tailored to audiences from engineering to executives
• Guide architecture decisions and integrate Claude into customers' technology stacks
• Help customers develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude's performance
• Identify common integration patterns and feed insights back to Product/Engineering teams
• Travel frequently to customer sites for workshops and deep dives
