Anthropic is seeking an Applied AI Pre‑Sales Architect to engage federal, state, and local agencies, guiding them in adopting Claude within their technology stacks. Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical customer‑facing roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager)
• Experience with US federal/state/local agencies
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and enterprise integration
• Strong communication skills for executive audiences

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions
• Serve as primary technical advisor through Claude adoption journey
• Assist customers building with Claude Code, Claude API and Claude for Enterprise
• Create tailored technical content for varied audiences
• Guide architectural decisions and integration into customer tech stacks
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude performance
• Travel to customer sites for workshops and deep dives
• Stay current with LLM capabilities and implementation patterns
