Job summary

Verizon is seeking a results-driven Sales professional for its State, Local and Education (SLED) Public Sector sales team. You will prospect, support sales, and help drive revenue growth while delivering outstanding customer service in a field-based role.

You’ll engage with customers to implement success plans, manage onboarding, and collaborate with sales to identify upsell opportunities. A driver’s license and ability to pass an MVR check are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1+ years of relevant experience. Drove experience and/or military service may count.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Eligibility to pass Motor Vehicle Record check.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new customers and partner with sales to close opportunities.
• Support account strategy with sales and prepare for quarterly business reviews.
• Assist with onboarding, renewals and feature adoption for SLED customers.
• Resolve customer problems and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
