SHI International Corp. is seeking a PubSec Account Executive in the United States (AZ Home Office) to drive revenue by executing strategic sales plans, cultivating relationships with existing and new customers, and coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of successful sales experience.
• Travel to customer sites within dedicated territory.
• Travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events.
• Must be able to obtain required sales or technical certifications within first 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Master SHI’s value proposition to exceed revenue and profit goals and develop penetrating sales strategies.
• Cultivate relationships with existing customers and establish new ones via cold calling, meetings, and networking.
• Identify opportunities in the sales pipeline to achieve targets and develop business with customers.
• Collaborate with management to manage sales opportunities and meet quarterly/annual targets.
• Build partnerships with internal teams and external partners to drive busines and joint selling.
