Job summary

SHI International is seeking a PubSec Field Inside Account Executive to grow new and existing business within a public sector territory. You will cold call, prospect, and nurture customer relationships via email and phone, guiding IT solutions from selection to deployment.

You will quote orders, manage projects end-to-end, and aim to meet monthly and quarterly quotas. The role involves collaboration with SHI internal resources and occasional travel to engage customers and close deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Ability to cold call and create new business opportunities.
• Experience in inside sales or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build a book of business in the Public Sector territory.
• Profile accounts via cold calling and prospecting.
• Establish and nurture relationships via email and phone.
• Quote and place orders; manage projects through the sales cycle.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
