Motorola Solutions seeks a Technical Success Advocate to bridge advanced engineering with life-saving operations. You will empower dispatchers and analysts to master cloud software, translating capabilities into agency workflows for peak adoption.

Travel up to 25–50% across the U.S. will be required. You will partner with teams to resolve complex issues and ensure system health while delivering measurable platform value.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, Bachelor's Degree, 3+ years in Public Safety, Business Analysis, Field Service, CAD, RMS, or Jail Apps.
• Ability to work in high-security environments under CJIS policies.
• Willingness to travel up to 25–50% across the U.S.
• Strong consultative and analytical skills for configuration and workflow design.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational discovery sessions to map agency workflows to cloud portfolio.
• Mentor agency admins on system settings, permissions, and workflows.
• Bridge technical provisioning to long-term customer success and adoption.
• Guide configuration to reflect real-world public safety ops for rollout.
• Collaborate with Provisioning, Engineering, and Support to resolve issues.
