Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Technical Success Advocate to serve as the critical link between engineering and public safety operations. You will translate complex capabilities into agency workflows, empowering dispatchers and officers to adopt the cloud portfolio effectively.

You will lead discovery sessions, mentor system administrators, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize platform health, while traveling up to 25% across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years in Public Safety, Business Analysis, Field Service, CAD, RMS, or Jail Applications.
• Ability to work in high-security areas per CJIS Security Policy; background check required.
• US work authorization; employer sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational discovery and map agency workflows against Motorola cloud portfolio.
• Provide hands-on guidance to system administrators on settings, permissions, and configuration.
• Bridge technical provisioning with long-term customer success to drive platform adoption.
• Assist cross-functional teams (Provisioning, Engineering, Support) to resolve complex configuration roadblocks.
• Guide agencies on configuring the software portfolio to reflect real-world public safety operations.
