Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Technical Success Advocate to bridge engineering and public safety operations, empowering dispatchers and analysts to master our cloud software. You will translate complex capabilities into agency workflows to drive adoption and peak performance where every second counts. Travel up to 25% across the U.S.

is required. A Bachelor's in a relevant field and knowledge of the CommandCentral suite are preferred, as is experience with CJIS policies and customer success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Public Safety, Business Analysis, CAD, RMS, or Jail Applications.
• CJIS Security Policy compliant work environment.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to map agency workflows against our cloud portfolio.
• Mentor agency system admins with guidance on settings and permissions.
• Bridge technical provisioning to long-term customer success.
• Guide configuration to reflect real-world public safety operations.
• Collaborate with Provisioning, Engineering, and Support to resolve roadblocks.
