Responsibilities

• Lead operational assessments and discovery events to understand customer processes.
• Evaluate current business processes and recommend optimizations for software solutions.
• Facilitate business process reengineering with workshops and discussions.
• Design and deliver training curricula and materials for end users.
• Define and coordinate User Acceptance Testing and document results.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other teams to tailor COTS software to client needs.
