You will serve as a critical link between engineering and frontline public safety operations, helping dispatchers, officers, and analysts master the cloud portfolio to maximize adoption and peak performance when every second counts.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in Public Safety, business analysis, or related fields, CJIS compliance, and up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, Bachelor's Degree, 3+ years of experience in Public Safety, Business Analysis, CAD, RMS, or Jail Applications.
• CJIS Security Policy familiarity and ability to pass background checks.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel 25% nationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational discovery sessions and map agency workflows to the cloud portfolio.
• Coach and enable agency system administrators with configuration and workflow setups.
• Bridge technical provisioning to long-term customer success and communicate with leadership.
• Guide configuration to reflect public safety operations for adoption.
• Collaborate with Provisioning, Engineering and Support to resolve roadblocks and assist Sales as needed.
