Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Software Applications Specialist to drive workflow delivery and advisory services for Public Safety agencies. You will assess current processes, propose optimized configurations, and lead alignment workshops with customers nationwide.

The role is remote with up to 50% travel and requires proximity to a major airport. You will design training curricula, coordinate UAT, and liaise with internal teams to tailor COTS software to client needs.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years in public safety IT field.
• 3–5 years in public safety IT, CAD/Record Management Systems, or jail applications preferred.
• Self-motivated team player with objective-guided collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational assessments and business process reviews for Public Safety agencies.
• Recommend configurations and deployment of Motorola software to fit client workflows.
• Facilitate business process reengineering and workshops to design new processes.
