In this technical, customer-facing role, you will empower dispatchers, officers, and analysts to master our cloud software and translate capabilities into real-world agency workflows.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in Public Safety, Business Analysis, Field Service, CAD, RMS, or Jail Applications.
• Knowledge of CJIS Security Policy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and translate agency needs into system configuration strategies.
• Provide hands-on guidance to agency system administrators on settings and permissions.
• Bridge technical provisioning and long-term customer success by translating backend details into workflows.
• Guide agencies on configuring and tailoring the software to reflect public safety operations.
• Collaborate with Provisioning, Engineering, Support, and Sales to resolve technical roadblocks.
