Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Technical Success Advocate to bridge engineering and frontline public safety operations. You will empower dispatchers, officers, and analysts to master our cloud tools by translating complex capabilities into real-world workflows, ensuring peak performance when every second counts.

You will lead discovery sessions, mentor system administrators, and tailor configurations to reflect agency needs. Travel up to 25% across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred; professional certifications considered.
• 3+ years of experience in Public Safety, Business Analysis, Field Service, CAD, RMS or related areas.
• Ability to work in high-security environments under CJIS Security Policy requirements.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to map agency processes to our cloud portfolio.
• Mentor agency system administrators and guide configuration and workflow setup.
• Translate backend dependencies into intuitive, workflow-aligned concepts for leadership.
• Configure software to reflect real-world public safety operations and maximize adoption.
• Collaborate with Provisioning, Engineering, Support, and Sales to resolve roadblocks.
