Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a motivated Sales Specialist to champion our logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics solutions for emergency dispatch centers. You will guide 911 PSAPs and municipal leaders toward a resilient public safety infrastructure.

Role involves leading complex engagements, building trusted relationships, and driving long-term RaaS contracts, with up to 50% travel and a focus on P25, NG911, and CJIS standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ year(s) in sales or public safety experience.
• Or 4+ years of sales/public safety experience.
• Experience selling technology to public safety agencies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales quota in assigned region with transparency.
• Penetrate strategic accounts and target new logos.
• Forecast revenue with accurate Salesforce updates.
• Understand client goals and design secure security solutions.
• Build relationships with 911 directors, IT managers, and buyers.
• Lead needs assessments for NG911 readiness and migrations.
• Deliver live demos of logging, analytics, and QA tools.
• Secure long-term RaaS contracts and expansion revenue.
